Each of our 42 bedrooms in The Swan Hotel is unique - from its carefully chosen decor to its own viewpoint on Southwold; across red tiled rooftops to the sea, onto the bustling Market Square, or overlooking the garden. All the rooms are beautifully furnished, and the bathrooms are wonderful retreats.

For space, style and terrific views, choose one of two suites at the Swan, both of which are located on the upper most floor of our next door neighbour, The Town Hall. The Admiral's Room as unrivalled views to Dunwich and beyond, while Mr Crisp's Room is named after Southwold's first Mayor.

If peace and tranquility is foremost on your wishes, then stay in one of our newly refurbished Lighthouse Rooms. Located outside the main hotel building, the rooms all surround our beautiful garden - a haven for wildlife and an oasis in the middle of town. Each has its own patio area where you can enjoy drinks after a long walk on the beach.

All our Standard Rooms have a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a television, and in addition to this, the Swan's Superior Rooms have a DVD player, mineral water, dressing gowns and a turndown service.
