Light, refreshing, and big on flavour.

From our hometown of Southwold, we set off to see the world and Explorer captures that spirit of discovery. First brewed in 2004, Explorer is crafted on the Suffolk coast, but was inspired by another, as it was created following a trip to sample hops in the United States. When they landed home, our brewers wanted to create a golden beer using the American hops they’d discovered, while giving a nod to the place where they started their journey.

Description

Adnams Explorer captures the spirit of discovery by using a blend of American hops in combination with selected British varieties, to create a golden beer that is light, refreshing, and big on flavour.

How does it taste

Explorer is light, refreshing and suffused with the aromas of a grapefruit grove and resinous hints of pine. The citrus notes burst onto the palate as the hops deliver a crisp, cleansing bitterness.
