Seared Scallop, Salmon and Smoked Salmon Boudin, wild mushrooms, sherry butter
Free Range Pork Pressing, pickled cabbage, pancetta, elderflower dressing

served with a bottle of Adnams Champagne

Poached Oyster, carrot and fennel, chablis wine sabayon

Champagne and Peach Sorbet

Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bass, Mussels, Jerusalem artichoke, spinach, Vermouth Cream
Roast Sirloin of Suffolk Beef, Spring onion galette, parsnips and beetroot, shallot and Port Jus.
Wild mushroom and tomato cannelloni, Pearl Barley, roast vegetables, Parmesan and tarragon gratin

Dark Chocolate Sabayon tart, White chocolate mousse, cocoa sorbet - Served with Dessert Wine

Overnight rates are also available, which are inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast, celebratory Valentine’s  dinner on Saturday night, three course dinner on previous or subsequent night and VAT. A two-night stay is required (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday).  A one-night stay on Saturday night is at a premium (enquire for package price).
