The Gouguenheim Winery in Valle de Uco, Mendoza, crafts small volume, high-altitude wines as impressive as the landscape. Patricio Gouguenheim found the perfect location at one of the highest estates in Tupungato, where meltwater from the Andes provides natural irrigation and vast temperature variations between day and night enhances ripening and intensity.

Description

How does it taste

This juicy, fruit-driven red has aromas of plums and liquorice and flavours of fresh blackberries, with hints of pepper and spice. The finish is delicate, with soft, ripe tannins thanks to time in American oak. It is a natural partner to barbecued food, red meats, and tomato-based dishes.
